Formal review within 2 business days
If it isn't resolved immediately, the duty manager reviews the full evidence trail (booking, quote snapshot, inspection records, audit log) and replies in writing with a decision and the reasons.
External options — always open
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Consumer Affairs Victoria (consumer.vic.gov.au, 1300 558 181) or apply to VCAT. Bond disputes are never processed while a formal review is underway.
Our commitment:no charge is ever taken from a bond while it's under dispute, every decision comes with its evidence, and raising a complaint never affects how you're treated as a customer.
